Companies may also participate as wind.
This pilgrimage is not training.
Participants step away for a moment from titles, roles, and evaluations, and reflect on work and life within nature, animals, and daily living.
The purpose is not to learn work.
Rather, it is to step away from work.
Through that distance, the meaning of work often becomes clearer.
